I would most like to plan and organize the work in the group as well as to control the realization of the plan. As I am purposeful, I wish to set the goals and consider it the primary responsibility to plan every goal achievement. Strategic planning is my task in every situation. This process also includes the attribution of responsibilities and duties in the workplace.

There are things that inspire and motivate me in every life situation. The fact of reaching the goals and satisfaction motivates me in project management. It is interesting to know the process of planning and organization from the inside and to be the part of it. As the manager, everybody can be proud of themselves, when the company achieves success. In case it happens, managers can see the result of their work.

The most important to me is a well-cooperated workgroup which is the basis of the success. Another crucial thing is common goals of every group member. All these factors help to complete the strategic plans as soon as possible.

I am purposeful, responsible, energetic, and friendly. I would like to use these strengths in my career because they will help me to be good at project management. I have also some skills that play a considerable role in such area. They include leadership, the experience of being a leader of the school self-government and a project manager in construction and distribution companies and responsibility for the strategic planning.

I would like to achieve success and contribute to the economic growth of the company. Project management is a consequential part of every functioning company and I want it to receive wide recognition and excellent reputation in the society. As for me, I want to develop my leadership skills, become a useful manager, and try myself in different situations. Another vital thing is to organize the group work, plan, and realize all goals.

I want to continue my career in project management. I would like to organize work in groups and the main thing is that I can do it. I was a leader of school self-government and a project manager in two companies, which gave me an indispensable experience. I want to set the goals and create a strategic plan of the working process. With the group of other workers, I will realize it and achieve success. Everybody will be responsible for one duty and a general manager will control the process. After that, we will do the SWOT analysis to determine what steps we should take in the future.

I would like to conceive a large project and to complete it with my work team. Afterward, I will be able to give the pieces of advice and recommendations concerning project management to everybody who wants to achieve success in this field.
